Vegan nice-cream is a wonderful treat during those hot summer periods. Packed with flavour and goodness, dairy and gluten free, enjoy in a cone or in a cup!

Ingredients
 4 frozen bananas (peel before freezing)
 4 tbsp peanut butter (crunchy sort)
 3 tbsp cocoa powder (organic)
 200 ml coconut cream(sweetened)
Instructions

Put the frozen bananas plus all other ingredients in a food processor (or blender) and pulse until well combined and slightly creamy, with leaving some small bits or chunks in it for a nice crunch.

Additional naughty flavours: roasted or raw nuts, dried or fresh fruit, coconut shreds, crumbled cookies, chocolate nibs and so forth can be added. Stir once more with a spoon and place it in the freezer for one hour.
