Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside. In a large bowl, combine nutritional yeast, olive oil, soy sauce, paprika and garlic powder.
With your hands break the block of tofu into small chunks and add them to the bowl. Toss the tofu well to evenly coat and marinade.
Transfer the tofu to the baking tray and bake for 25 - 30 minutes, stirring halfway through. The tofu should be golden brown when you remove it.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 3 days.
