Mango salad goes sublimely well with most sauce or curry based dishes either as a side or an appetizer, containing only the freshest of ingredients that are sweet and nutritious. Try this recipe with some poppadoms or naan bread.
Wash, peel and chop all your ingredients to prepare. Either dice them into medium cubes or chunks or cut them lengthways into medium strips depending on how you wish to present your delicious mango salad. Place your chopped ingredients into a wide salad bowl or dish. Toss to combine.
Dressing
In a cup add lime juice, chilli flakes, black pepper, salt, sumac, sugar and a touch of water, it is optional but we'd recommend adding a touch of olive oil too. Whisk or stir to combine and pour over your salad.
