Cheesy dressing is dairy free! The flavours are rich, creamy, healthy and simply delish over salads. It can easily be made into a saucy dip by keeping the consistency thicker.
Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl. Whisk or stir well until it comes to a smooth consistency.
If the dressing is too thick for the purpose it is to serve, gradually add more drinking water until you reach a more desired consistency. If too thin, add more tahini and stir to combine.
