Ingredients
 3 cups cauliflower florets
 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
 2 ½ tbsp tahini
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 1 tsp minced garlic
 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
 ½ tbsp dijon mustard
½ tsp granulated sea salt (divided)
 ½ roughly chopped carrots
 ¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli flakes (or chilli paste)
Instructions
1

Start by washing your vegetables thoroughly. Add the chopped carrots, cauliflower florets and a dash of salt into a medium-sized pot and cover with cold water.

2

Now, place the pot over medium heat and bring vegetables to a boil, then simply reduce the heat and bring to a gentle simmer on low heat for about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool down for a couple of minutes.

3

Add the boiled carrots and cauliflower to a high-speed food processor or blender, together with all the other ingredients of the list and blend or process until the mixture reaches a chunky or smooth consistency depending on how you like the texture.

4

If the mixture seems too dry, add a touch more olive oil. You can enjoy this dip with corn chips, warm bread, as a condiment for your sandwiches and wraps and so much more.

*Can be refrigerated in a sealable container for up to 3 days.
